Carnival Traditions at LANEX a.s.
At Lanex, yesterday, they welcomed the procession of the Bolatice Carnival – the traditional farewell and burial of the bass drum.
The colorful procession of masks, led by the traditional bear, visited the premises of LANEX, where employees warmly greeted it with light refreshments.
Among the guests was the new director of the BR Industrial Textile division, Dalibor Fiala, who had the opportunity to connect with the local community and personally experience this unique tradition.
Carnival is a traditional holiday celebrated between Christmas and the Easter fast. It is associated with the celebration of the end of winter and the arrival of spring. During Carnival, various processions, masquerade dances, masks, and festivities take place, with people often dressing up in cheerful and humorous costumes. Carnival is not only a time for fun but also an opportunity to honor local traditions and community spirit.
At BR Group, we value the tradition, togetherness, and joy that Carnival symbolizes – just as we value the principles on which we build our business.
A big thank you goes to all the organizers and participants of this beautiful event.
We look forward to next year’s edition!
